How to install CRM Client for Android apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
CRM Client for Android Details
CRM Client for Android (mobile client for CRM access) is an App by Fidel, for business people & sales people who are constantly on the move, & need access to critical CRM modules.This App works right out of the box, without needing you to install any server side components! It just works! Just enter your user credentials, the CRM URL (same as what you would enter when accessing from web browser) & log-in!

Features currently supported:

1) On the move access to key modules of Sugar CRM CE V6.4.x or V6.5.x, view entry lists for supported modules
2) Add New or Edit entries for supported modules, right from your device - Key in only the mandatory fields & add, you can enter rest of the fields later from your desktop
3) Entry lists are sorted on "Last updated" time-stamp, so the recent ones are always on the top
4) Real time filtering of results based on text search on the entry listing page.

Filtering functionality allows you to do a text search on the page being displayed, thus allowing to search using phone number OR name text & the list is filtered in real-time!
Prerequisites for current version:
---------------------------------------------------------
1) A running installation of SugarCRM CE v6.4.x or v6.5.x with v4_1 REST API support
2) Valid user credentials to connect to the CRM System
3) Network Connectivity to connect to the CRM server
Note regarding server log-in:
---------------------------------------------------------
1) Currently the App does not support accessing SugarCRM server over https with self-signed certificate.
2) The App does not cache user credentials on the device and hence the user needs to provide the same every time when accessing the App.
2) The last entered server URL is cached & need not be entered again.
