How to setup WorkoutApp apk for android

Includes a popup rest timer between every set.
Increases your load on successful lifts after every cycle.
Option to reconcile your weights with updated values.
Theme engine to change overall color theme of app.
Option to substitute recommended lifts with your own custom lifts/names.
